Room photos and project information are used to help plan your flooring project. Only upload images you have permission to use. Avoid including people or private documents.

Room previews

When you choose to generate a room preview, your room photo and selected floor sample are sent to OpenAI for image processing. Your original photo and generated result are saved with your session or signed-in account. Photos are prepared for upload in the browser to reduce file size and remove embedded metadata.

Saved projects & sharing

The professional studio stores project details and estimate inputs. Customer links display the selected preview, project scope, and preliminary quote; internal labor rates and profit calculations are excluded. Anyone with a valid sharing link and access to the site can view that shared page. Links expire after 30 days.

Booking

The booking calendar, when connected, is provided by Cal.com. Booking information is submitted directly to Cal.com and is subject to its privacy practices.

Storage & contact

A session cookie connects you to your saved photos. Clearing cookies may remove your access to an anonymous session. Saved project data remains until removed by the site operator. To request removal of a photo or project, contact Aquarius Flooring at 302-333-8028.

Planning estimates

Room previews are visual concepts. Measurements, site conditions, product specifications, and final pricing must be confirmed before work begins.
